~~Club Rules~~

FOXYS is a private membership club. A membership is required to maintain legal status in South Carolina.

If you are new to FOXYS, or a current member, here are our club rules. Foxys does have security, and they will be watching for any infractions of our club rules and will be handled promptly. Foxys strictly enforces all of our club rules.

• You must be 21 years of age or older to join FOXYS.

• When attending the parties  you will have an armband that represents that you are supposed to be in the party. You must wear the armband while in the party. If your armband comes off, please find a staff member so we can replace it. If you are caught without an armband you will be asked to leave the party immediately.

• No one under 21 is permitted

• NO SINGLE MALES PERMITTED

• We are an Upscale party, No nudity or any other activity ( you know what we mean by this)  is permitted anywhere in the hotel except in your own room or in the privacy of your own home. If you are swimming at the pool of our host hotel , you must be wearing a swim suit, NO thongs or nudity are allowed!

• We do not have a bar, we do not serve alcohol! We are BYOB only if you choose. We do supply sodas, juices, bottled water, and snacks.

• All members will have to wear an armband during the parties. Do NOT remove the armbands until the party is over. Removal of armbands while in the party, you will be asked to leave immediately. If your armband comes off, please tell a Foxys Staff member ASAP so we can get you a replacement.

• All Couples, Single Females are invited to attend .  No Single Males permitted….

• You must have respect for the club and agree to respect and help protect the privacy of other members. Discretion is given and expected in return.

• No cameras or Video Cameras or Audio recording devices, Cell phone Cameras, Cell phone Video Cameras allowed anywhere on the premises. If you are caught using these devices or any others you will be asked to leave.

• Memberships are open to single females and couples. Real names and a valid mailing address must be provided by all new members. We require full names and addresses and phone numbers and email addresses from new members, as well as existing members. The State of SC requires us to have this information, in order for Foxys to be a private club. We do respect your privacy.

• All information you provide remains 100% confidential. We do not share, sell or give information to anyone!

• A valid picture ID with Date of Birth or Driver’s License will be required when you attend your first event. We reserve the right to perform random ID checks at every party.

• Our current membership fee is $10.00 per year due on your first visit in addition to the party admission.

• Foxys does enforce all of the club rules at all times, If you want to have fun at our events, then please follow the rules of our club.
